Senior Rush Tickets
Senior Rush Tickets are a discounted ticket option for senior citizens ages 65+, with tickets at just $15 each! Availability and seating location are not guaranteed for every UMS performance.
Limit two rush tickets per ID with proof of age. ID must be presented at the time of ticket pick-up to receive the Rush price. To learn about placing a larger order, call the ticket office at 734-764-2538.
Availability – Timing is Key!
For available performances, rush tickets go on sale at 10 am on the day of the performance, or on Friday for weekend performances. Senior Rush sales end when we run out of qualifying seats or three hours before the performance start time.
Senior Rush tickets are available online or at the League Ticket Office. See the office’s latest hours at ums.org/contact.
Online sales will continue until 3 hours prior to the performance.
Senior Rush will be offered for the following performances:
- Handel’s Messiah (12/2 & 12/3)
- Jake Shimabukuro (12/8)
- Michael Feinstein and Jean-Yves Thibaudet (12/10)
Please check back for performances later in the season (last updated 11/28/2023)
Picking up your Tickets:
Seniors can pick up their tickets in person with their ID at will call at the performance. Limit two tickets per performance per senior with ID. If senior is not present with ID, the tickets will be adjusted to the full adult price, and the price difference will be charged.
Skip the Line & Verify your ID:
Register your birthday in person at the League Ticket Office and get your future orders emailed to you for Print at Home: No need to stand in line for ticket pickup! Verified seniors may either place their order over the phone or call the ticket office after completing their online order to have their Print at Home e-tickets generated.
