The Ticket Office also sells tickets for all U-M School of Music, Theatre & Dance productions, and the Ann Arbor Summer Festival. It is located on the main floor at the north end of the Michigan League, beneath the Mendelssohn Theatre.

Online sales are available 24/7 but end one hour prior to the performance start time.

Fees

Ticket fees of $4-8 per ticket are charged for all web and phone sales; fees are not charged for any in-person sales.

Subscription orders are subject to a $15 per order fee; ticket fees are not charged for individual events when purchased as part of a subscription.

Ticket Office Holidays

The ticket office is closed the following dates in 2024:

• Memorial Day Weekend (closed Friday, May 23 and Monday, May 26)
• Thursday, July 3 and Friday, July 4
• Labor Day (Monday, September 1)
• Thanksgiving (closed Thursday, November 27–Sunday, November 30; venue box office will open at Hill Auditorium for Béla Fleck & the Flecktones on Nov. 30)
• Saturday, December 20 – Thursday, January 1, 2026

The box office at performance venues will open 60 minutes prior to the published start time of each performance, unless noted otherwise.

To reach the ticket office staff at a U-M campus venue box office, please call 734-763-3333 and follow the prompts below. Venue box offices are open 60-90 minutes prior to the start time for each performance.

Ticket Return Options

If you need to return your ticket when the ticket office is closed:

• Email umstix@umich.edu with your name and the seats you wish to return for UMS credit or donation, or
• Leave a voice mail at 734-764-2538, and your ticket will be returned according to our Ticket Exchange Policies, or
• Call the Venue Box Office directly
