This concert marks the end of an era.
In June 2027, Wynton Marsalis will step down as artistic director of Jazz at Lincoln Center and music director of the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra after 40 years with the organization. Wynton has never demanded the spotlight, performing as part of the trumpet section of JLCO and highlighting the work of his incredibly talented bandmates.
