We learned how to build reading comprehension in early literacy through musical devices such as rhythm, rhyme, alliteration, and phrasing, we immersed ourselves in the vibrant jazz scene in Detroit, and we saw close to 8,000 K-12 students over the course of six School Day Performances. UMS did this because of your support and commitment to the arts.
