How to order tickets
There is a $10 service charge for all subscription orders.
For single tickets, service fees of $3.00-$6.00 per ticket apply to all internet and phone orders. There are no fees for tickets purchased at the League Ticket Office or at the venue immediately before the performance.
Service fees are never refundable.
Credit Card Security
UMS works with the University of Michigan Treasurer’s Office to ensure the highest industry standards for credit card security. We use the Tessitura ticketing system, which was developed by the Metropolitan Opera in the late 1990s and is now used by 400 arts organizations in the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Please visit the Ticket Office on the north end of the Michigan League building (911 N. University Avenue). The Ticket Office also sells tickets for all U-M School of Music, Theatre & Dance productions and the Ann Arbor Summer Festival.
In addition, ticket windows at each venue will be open 90 minutes prior to all ticketed events
Include a check payable to UMS, or your credit card number and expiration date. UMS accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please note tickets cannot be held until payment has been received.

Season Ticket Office Hours
Monday – Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
Saturday: 10 am to 1 pm
Venue ticket offices open 90 minutes before the performance.
Holiday Hours: Our Michigan League ticket office will be closed from December 23 at 4 pm until January 4 at 9 am.
From May through Labor Day, the ticket office is open Monday – Friday 10 am to 5 pm and closed on weekends.
