I bought tickets and am unable to attend the event. Can I exchange my tickets for another performance?
Subscribers may exchange tickets at no charge. Non-subscribers may exchange tickets for a $6 per ticket exchange fee.
Exchanged tickets must be received by the Ticket Office (by mail or in person) at least 48 hours prior to the performance. You may fax a photocopy of your torn tickets to 734-647-1171. Lost or misplaced tickets cannot be exchanged.
Help! I lost my tickets. Can you help?
Call the Ticket Office at 734-764-2538 to have duplicate tickets waiting for you at the will-call/ticket pick-up window at the venue beginning 90 minutes before the performance. Duplicate tickets cannot be mailed.
I can't use my tickets. Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of the performing arts, programs are subject to change. Refunds are only offered in the case of an event cancellation or date change. Handling fees are not refundable.
Can I donate my tickets for a tax-deductible contribution?
If you are unable to use your tickets, please return them to UMS on or before the performance date (accepted until the published starting time). You will receive a receipt for your tax-deductible contribution. Ticket returns do not count towards UMS giving levels.

Are there handling fees for ordering tickets?
For individual event ticket orders placed by phone, mail or fax, you pay a $8 per total order handling fee (note: per order not per ticket).
When you order tickets online, there is a per-ticket fee of $2.50 to $4.50, depending on the event. The per-ticket charge is set and collected by tickets.com as a usage fee for their internet ticketing software.
There are no fees when you purchase individual event tickets in person at the League Ticket Office.
What is Will Call?
Will Call is the place in each venue where you pick up tickets that you have ordered and paid for in advance. The name comes from the old name for the layaway department at large stores, where people could make a deposit on a large purchase and "call" for it when it was paid in full. The Will Call window is located at each venue's ticket office.
Parking is such a hassle in Ann Arbor! Do you have any tips on making it easier?
There are several lots a couple of blocks away from the venues in downtown Ann Arbor that provide easier access and less time waiting in line - but you will have to walk an extra couple of blocks.
These locations include:
Liberty Square Parking Structure (entrance off of East Washington, between State and Division)
Maynard/Thompson Structure (entrance off of Maynard or Thompson Streets, between Liberty and East William)
Palmer Drive Structure (located immediately behind the Power Center/Fletcher Street lot, but with an entrance off of Palmer Drive, near the Life Sciences building on Washtenaw Avenue). Please Note: this structure is only accessible to U-M faculty and staff with a blue or gold AVI permit. Visitor parking is not always available for concerts.
Please allow plenty of time to park. There are several theaters within a few blocks in Ann Arbor, and on many nights (especially weekends), there are performances occurring in all of them. We will try to keep this portion of the site updated to alert you to dates when we anticipate challenging parking problems or construction around the theaters.
For more information on parking, please visit the Directions & Parking section of our website.
